James joined Krause Estate Planning & Elder Law Center as Operations Director
in
May 2025, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience and a strong
passion
for serving others. A retired U.S. Army Medical Corps veteran, he has
dedicated
his career to helping organizations grow stronger, more efficient, and
focused
on delivering quality service.
He holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Wichita State University
and
has led teams across multiple industries. Known for turning challenges into
opportunities, James builds trusted partnerships, inspires teams, and drives
improvements that truly make a difference for clients and families.
Outside of work, he’s an active Lion’s Club International member and proud
husband, father of four, and grandfather of seven.
